The Importance of Premises Liability

Ryan Byers has been an attorney for the past 15 years. He says he's represented landlords throughout his career doing evictions, reviewing leases and that basic sort of landlord work. But another component of my practice that I've spent a fair amount of time on is injury cases. Ryan: You really don't necessarily know from day to day who is on and off of your tenant's property. And any one of those individuals could be plaintiff in a premises liability suit.
