Aspirin, ibuprofen and diclophanac all inhibit Cox Two. But depending on their dosage to varying degrees, aspirin probably more so inhibits Cox One than Cox Two. So while it is an anti-inflammatory and anti-pyrtic and so forth, it does alter the integrity of your gut mucosa. And put your kidneys at risk if you have too much but also inhibits the inhibition of clotting.
