What's the Meaning of a Noun Auction?

One of these things is created every day forever. One in ten go back to the developers or the doo. That's just minted and sent to the multi satet that is owned collectively by the ten nounders. And your nouns ar erinted every day, ther offit right when someone collects. I can't quite wrap my head around it. There's something i'm trying to figure out. The project will exist on its own, and we will both slowly get diluted of corses.
