Could it be the case that for example the knowledge used to produce these chips could be leaked online and that would make compute less controllable in a sense or is the production of compute very dependent on specific hardware and perhaps local knowledge in the factories and so on. This is a thing where like a lot of people are thinking about right now you might want to ask certain employees at ASML and asking about what they're doing in their work but it's still hard. We have history of certain people just like leaking this information or like providing it to China and then China trying to yeah eventually produce some chips of it But I don't still think it's sufficient we still have this tacit knowledge of
