How to Find a Receptive Mortgage Agent
A lot of my clients actually don't come in with it unless you know they have people helping them that have gone through the process guiding them a little bit as well. You want to find someone that's responsive and also has your back because once we get into contract when you get an offer accepted, we're all one big team. Right now, generally, it's about 30 days for the close of escrow just because all the lenders are really busy. That's what's really driving a lot of the buyer demand.
