"You can predict with 90% accuracy or actually 86% accuracy as the polls show, that people will say exactly what was last on television," he says. If tomorrow we become best friends with the United States, people will say 'the U.S. is our enemy,' says Sutter. But if relations thaw and then a different message gets passed to Russian population, it could deescalate tense situation - but not without casualties.
