The Limits of Stoic Philosophy

Stochophosphate is a philosophy that says focus on what you can control and don't hold emotional context to the things that you can't. In reality, the only thing we can control is our mind. The way that you feel about it, whether you perceive something as good or bad, is simply down to your mind and how you view things based on your experiences. At some point, we have to kind of embrace what is going on now. Do not live in a selfish impulse - sorry, jerking the strings of selfish impulse. Embrace all that is going on in your life, because everything that is goingon in your life right now is serving you.
