The Trap of Not Wanting What You Have
The Buddha said, not wanting what you have is one of the biggest problems that people have. We spend all this time trying to make time and we don't know how to enjoy it because we're thinking about something else. If you spend time alone with yourself, I think one of the reasons why you've liked your plant-based spiritual journeys are because it's a tool. It was a tool that allowed you to be here a little bit easier.
