How to Get Your Eyes Up When Preaching

I like memorizing certain phrases or sections to make sure my eyes are up when i say that, because i know it col be more powerful if i'm actually looking at people. And the other thing is, i record myself preaching the sermon, just on my phone, and then i will listen to it. I'll go into the room upstairs, and i'll just, i will preach it like exactly. Ad preach it where i want to pause, sometimes with gestures. Am, and then that helps me get it take hold. It's a full dress rehearsal. But what i do is i through the editing process.
