Invoking the Name of the Deity Is the Key to Access, Right?
Moses is given the name of God at the beginning of Exodus. The idea in the ancient world is to give an analogy for people, you know, the name of a God. If two sit together and the words of the law are spoken between them, the divine presence is among them. That's what the temple was known for in the Old Testament.
