The audiomaster class we're focusing on today is empowerment through voice. To be in mastery, we begin with putting ourselves in stature. The first of the seven rituals while remaining in stature is to say thank you. And it begins with sitting up straight and pulling a thread from three inches below your navel down into your crown shocker. It doesn't mean this big, bombastic voice does not mean genuine, grounded, authentic voice being me without asking permission. I need no approbation or approval at all. That moment of acknowledgment separates us from the white noise of the moment before and helps us in our empowerment.
