The Stasi Were Much Worse Than the Gestapo

The Stasi were much worse. They would do things like they'd go into your house, take out your underwear and leave it on the bed every day. The techniques they used were far more insidious. It was mind games. It was gaslighting. This is something that I think occupies a unique position in the history of these communist regimes.
