The human icology fund funded dozens of m k ultra sub projects both bizarre and nefarious. In one study, they lured a hundred chinese refugees into an experiment with the false promise of academic fellowships. They tested them to see if they could be re programmed to return to china to commit acts of sabotage. Other sub projects under the society included studies of the mongoloid skull.
