How to Break a Habit and Get Results
How hard was it to, to get to that point and to break the habit? Because I mean, that's kind of the big habit that gets everyone right. The thing is that when you get things, when you see things that you can prove, you get the patience. Okay, if I'm applying something and I'm not getting results, then I will be not looking with that. That's how, by over time, I do like this thing. In starting, they were very difficult, you know, I wasn't sure about this thing. So, so simple thing is that it's difficult in starting, but once you make good rules, your mind knows it.
