The U.S. Air Force has less than 30% of its F-35s capable of flying all missions. The reason for that is a lack of spare parts, or the engines are breaking more often than engineers expected. Drug users on public transportation in Seattle are lighting up and getting drivers sick with toxic fumes. City leaders have decided to install smoke monitors so they can better capture which drugs are being used most often.
