How Can Your Product Help Coach People?

How could your product help coach let's say for example an executive team wanted to start using your product to help coach people in our team how does the product work then? We have the core is the same so we are using still video simulations but we can get a little give all of us a back like very fine granulated feedback. Yeah okay and then yeah it is I would love to try it when if we do our next phase of hiring and hiring it would be a lot of fun to sort of test everybody's assumptions and you know match what see if what they said actually match to what the results you guys could show.
