The Effect of Breathing on Emotions
The idea that the body holds on processed emotion, is there science behind that? Or is that the wrong question to ask? How does it work? How should we be thinking about bodies storing emotions? Our mind and our body are really connected. It also means that obviously we're holding onto those things and our subconscious as well. We don't necessarily understand the nuances of emotion as a child or why you're feeling something as a child. There can be a lot of emotion around that just isn't fully felt through.
