Hemmingway and Galhorn

Hemmingway was joined in spain by journalist and writer martha galhorn whom he had met in key west a year earlier. They kind of uh they kind of had out like a working affair while they were abroad galhorn and hemmingway wrote his only play the fifth column as medrid was being bombarded with frankwist forces. He returned to key West for a few months then came back to spain twice in 1938 where he was present at the battle of the ebero  where he was among the british and american journalists who were some of the last to leave the battle as they crossed the river now if you want to see a little more
