Making Carbon Markets Work for Faster Climate Action

Carbon markets have not led to a global decrease in emissions, other than that one month where we could actually see the sky again. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of evidence that they've shown that this is actually likely to be helpful. We also know what's happened with the missions and global attempts to reduce climate change.
