How to Support New Employees in the Onboarding Process

Managers get information how far the new employee have come in their program. There's actually a lot of focus on the managers in this program. They get special training and how to treat the new employees because sometimes it's forgotten. I can visualize in my head the customer journey map for this whole process. This starts, I'm amazed. It's going to be really interesting to see how it's received.
