I would go so typically in a hour long resistance training session You're burning anywhere from 500 to 700 calories if you're training moderately If you're a little bit heavier set or you're training very intensely it could be up to a thousand calories So you would subtract whatever that would be. Then you would ultimately take take away 125 grams of carbs on your off day from training Which would be equivalent to 500 calories and that would put you in the deficit that you needed to continue to burn fat while in the deficit Hmm.
