I think in the im ate reaction to the pandemic, let's keep everything afloat. I would put those kinds of spending as up front to build back in a different way. The easy spending, which was sending cheques to everybody wedid up front. And that could probably have been much better targeted. But there was no intent or incentive to target up front. So we've spent a lot of money. Some of it was necessary, but a lot of it perhaps could have been better used to build back better.
