How to Deal With Criticism and Feedback on Social Media
Social media has been a huge instrument in my career to help build my profile within the industry. I'm very bad at disassociating my clinical work from me, so if someone is negative about that in a what I view to be unjust way, then I probably haven't responded to that in the best way traditionally. And it's something that I've put a lot of work and time into, both regards to meditation and therapy and just sort of internal dialogue. But yeah, it is a nature of the beast. It must be quite hard. So you got to take an activity at the same time. Simon: "I do quite like it"
