Anderson suggested that any sex worker found outside after midnight should be arrested, or they will not be protected by police if they remain outside. He was told to go back on vacation and take a mental health break. Anderson then wrote the letter he believes is from jack the ripper saying: 'I hold myself responsible to take all legitimate means to find him' The letters are one of the most fascinating part of the case for Condo.
