What Happened in America During the Pandemic?
In the book I talk about a general process that scholars call class formation. A group of people come to understand themselves as having common bonds and common goals in relation to another group. America is, you know, often seems like lower or whatever in working class consciousness than say parts of Europe or parts of Latin America. But during the pandemic, there was kind of like an injury to one of the injury to all idea.
