Chip is briefly the boyfriend of the girl character from the Rescue Ranger series, Gadget Hack Ranch. Dale's just hanging around just hoping for another break as an actor. They both had a crush on her, but it was said that she always kept it platonic. There was a triangle that never, never came together.
