So at 2018 my ex suggested that we should get our red raise. So we started learning about how to become an investor and that's how the journey began. And so now you're dabbling in multifamily. You are also doing some work in residential assisted living. And I find this a really interesting niche. Can you tell me about the residential assisted living niche asset class, what it is and how you made your way into it? Yeah, I actually stumbled upon that through Elite Legacy. One day the Anderson law firm they had a project about RAL from the RAL and it's called our residential assisted living academy.
