Secretary cardona says the administration is very aware that different communities have different experiences with college debt. Byden's loan forgiveness programm goes up to ten thousand dollars for many, most of whom earn 75000 dollars a year or less. Black americans are two times more likely to be pell receiveng so they're more eligible now than before.
