Introduction
Minesweeper is a game that was embedded into Windows operating systems forever, possibly still. The Kickstarter backers are getting it as we record this and you'll be able to buy it from the Boss Fight Book store in mid-May. There were 4 billion copies distributed with versions of Windows in the 20 years that they did it between Windows 3.1 in 1992,. and then they stopped with Windows 8. So 4 billion copies, it's been played easily hundreds of millions of hours.
