Bay harbour in Michigan is one of the most scenic golf courses in the world. The course was built to look like a pebble beach, and it's no different inland. There are three 27-hole holes that can be played as part of an 18-round tournament. A trip to northern michigan could be 'the high light of their golfing summer', says Tom Doak.
