I'm delighted by the idea of paying people to come in and do Georgia and York vote. I think particularly in America, that's one of the things that is really playing against them. The Romans hated it, they called Athenian democracy mob rule,. They couldn't stand the idea of letting everyone have a say for centuries afterwards.
