Andy Talonco: There's been this missing intermediary in the market because what we know about Bitcoiners are sitting at these companies. And there's just been this difficulty for individuals at these large scale companies to get in, whether it's present themselves or figure out if they're even hiring. So I see the ultimate opportunity is being that two sided marketplace to be able to match in the time to fill. It's one thing to find the right person for six months or 12 months, but to do it in six weeks after you raise capital and get to market is an incredible business opportunity and mode.
