How to Keep a Hamster Happy
Some animals just aren't meant for captivity. Some zoos that agree with this have closed down elephant exhibits. Chimps have been given antidepressants to control aggression at the Los Angeles Zoo. A polar bear at Central Park Zoo was given Prozac to stop him from swimming laps. I want ecotariums that house injured animals who simply couldn't survive in the wild and try to give them as good a life as they possibly can.
