The Pay Disparity Between Senior and Female Executive Pastors

Bell: Most senior and executive pastors that i work with insert a raise awareness on this issue. When we pop the hood and kind of, you know, dig into the metric of their h r systems, most of them are aghast at the pay discrepancy among their employees. Bell: There's been a litany of 21 year old new seminary grads who have come through and been given promotions and moved forward but they're just not comparing or thinking about those things. It is not had a light shine on it.
