CNN's John Sutter says the state is right to crack down on people who use drugs. But he argues that it also destroys families when they are caught and jailed for doing so. He says government shouldn't be able to control what a person can do as long as no one else is harmed by their actions. "It's not up to government to save human beings from themselves," Sutter writes.
