Aliens and Ghosts

I'm currently in college studying forensic science is my major. I specialize in forensic anthropology which is the study of bones and dry remains. Overall my parents are very supportive of this. However there is one problem. My mom is convinced that at some point when I'm studying ancient skeletons and unsolved murders I'm going to get haunted or be the victim of an ancient curse. What do I tell her to call her superstitious worries? That's from deadly desperation in DC. We haven't proven that life on other planets exists. But I've got many people in this room believe that it might be true. Are you equating the existence of aliens and the existence of ghosts? Because this is we
