Is There a Difference Between a Child and a Super Recognizer?

The facial features must say similar enough for me to be able to recognize it. But there can be 20, 30 more than that years apart or they were a child now they're an adult and I can still tell them apart. So yeah, I can also recognize people who've drastically changed their appearance so they might have facial hair, completely different hairstyle, different hair color. It seems like the facial features will always remain imprinted and I can pick them up. People with average ability quite often just sit there going no one can do this. Because it's impossible.
