Breathing is almost the great unifier. You can apply it to anxiety, to panic attacks and improve your sleep. It's faithful to everyone. Within a few minutes, i have border line higher blood pressure - not too bad but i've put myself at risk. I likely wouldn't be alive without western medicine.
