The Supreme Court's Case for Affirmative Action

The number of schools that actually practice affirmative action is very low. You know, you're only college for four years, right? And also a lot of people don't go to college. So with affirmative action, where it's like, we only have 10 spots for this, we need to hit 10%. It is the most elite of the most elite schools. The idea that that is going to be decided by Harvard was very sad to me.
