Fennigreek is a combination of dopamine release and NMDA antagonism. Trigonelian seems to be somewhat potent in that effect too, as does Celetium Tortuosum. We're getting a low on our coriander but this is also something I've been taking perhaps more acutely for moments when I want to relax a little bit more or just kind of take the edge off.
