The Importance of Impartiality

Bach's pipe organ is bigger than any made object you've ever seen before that isn't a building. There's a reason the church tried to corner the market on music. Now I just find the sound of the organ to be annoying and cheap, because I'm used to keyboard sounds being among the easiest to reproduce electronically. It's aesthetic inflation. When all the good stuff is all around, all the time, it takes more and more of it to satisfy you.
