The Importance of Non Duality

I hope it's observational I hope you hear the understanding and then you observe the veracity of the understanding. You'll have knowledge of self which is going to prove incredibly valuable, because you're not going to be free as it but there is freedom from it. As you are structured as a mental idea that mental idea is the exact obstacle of what you most dearly want. It wasn't because you didn't meditate longer or the master didn't live longer or you should have moved to India earlier. It had nothing to do with that. The party is great until you get there. This is just a certain way but as soon as you're included. Everything changes. There's nothing excluded
