I think any institution that spends time planning is going to be an institution that will not achieve much. I really think you need take advantage of the uniqueness of your institution and and identify where you are. A second of al i think the universiyy present easilead anoh, and not follow. The longer you go, then you develop a momentum t you know, in replacing people. You're fireang youv got a lot of blood on your hands. Now, i never want to have my finger prints on anything. I just want, i just want things to get done.
