The time to collections, one thing I've also seen since stats thrown out there as far as actually doing the collections too. We have a number of firms who take a credit card up front and say, hey, every month I'm going to let you know what your outstanding bill is. You owe me $1,000 for 10 hours of work or whatever. That notification is going to come on the first of the month. If by the 10th of the month, I hear nothing from you as far as objections or questions, I'll charge your credit card for that outstanding amount. And those firms have like no collections. They have no problem getting paid for the work that they do.
