Isn't the Stormnaming System Alphabetic?

World Health Organization should adopt the World Meteorological Association's Stormnaming System as a model for naming emerging infectious diseases. Their stipulations include that it cannot be names of pet animals, names of a purely or principally commercial nature and names of living individuals. And so there are exoplanets named Quixote and Amateru and Samagia. There are neighboring exoplanets that are named after sisters from a Thai folk tale.
