Verso's Centenary of China's Revolutions
The reason Verso pushed you to write a book specifically on China's revolutions was the importance of the year that they contacted you, is that correct? Yeah, they contacted me in November of 2018, October or November of 2018. And their intention was initially to publish this book as a centenary of 1919,. But then Verso for various reasons wasn't able to get the book out in 2019. So the whole symmetry of centenary sort of was broken, but it's still there in spirit.
