The prosperity gospel is the most glaring example of a serious error, even the secular economists would say that's an error. The Bible says that when you go into debt you do put yourself kind of under the perspective of somebody else. Debt is this incredibly robust contractual form that can thrive in environments with low quality legal institutions and norms. It's hard to operate without it.
