Yoga: A Journey Through a Crisis in My Life
I was introduced to yoga when I was 15. My aunt and uncle took me in because they're a really good family friend, Carolina. Shout out Carolina. She's who brought me to yoga because it is. Her husband teaches yoga. And she thought it would really help me. But I wasn't instantly like, yes, this makes me feel mentally better. Definitely took time for me to realize that. It's not just when it looks really good and it feels really good. It's loving the ever-changing, ever-expanding physical body, emotional body, mental body.
