TJ: Addiction recovery works great for addictions but most people aren't really addicted to porn they think that's right and so it's kind of like just not useful tool. I loved the Pavlov's dog analogy because my mind is conditioned to just go there when I'm stressed, lonely or tired. TJ: As you like it's not about the number of weeks the number of months you've had but it's the number of urges you process.
