How to Lean Into Unpleasant Feelings

Most feelings don't last 90 seconds. And they flush out of the blood stream in an upper limit of rough y 90 seconds. The idea then is that you want to be able to see yourself as being able to ride one or more, and i'm going to emphasize the more, one or more short lived bodily sensation waves. If you can ride these shortlived bodily sensation waves, then you can lean into unpleasant feelings.
